How long does delivery take?+
In-stock items ship same or next business day and arrive within 1-3 business days for major metros. Dropshipped items (marked on the product page) usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Free delivery on orders over R750.
Can I return a toy if my child doesn't like it?+
Yes — unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full detail.
Are your toys safety tested?+
Every toy we list meets SANS 8124 / ISO 8124 safety standards for its stated age range. Always follow the age guidance and supervision instructions on the packaging.
How do I pay?+
We use Paystack for secure card payments. We never see or store your card details.
What is Birthday Club?+
A free reminder service — add your child's (or their friend's) birthday once, and we'll email you two weeks out with a gift shortlist matched to their age and interests.
Do you ship outside South Africa?+
Not yet — we currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.
