Shipping Policy

1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to all major metros and outlying areas across South Africa via courier and Pudo/Paxi locker networks.
2. Delivery times
- In-stock items (shipped from our Midrand facility): dispatched same or next business day, arriving in 1-3 business days for major metros.
- Dropshipped items (shipped by our fulfilment partner): usually dispatched within 2-3 business days, arriving 3-5 business days thereafter.
- Outlying and rural areas may take 1-2 additional business days.
Each product page shows the expected fulfilment message so you know what to expect before you buy.
3. Delivery fees
- Free delivery on all orders over R750
- Flat rate of R85 on orders under R750
- Locker delivery (Pudo/Paxi) may be offered at a reduced rate at checkout where available
4. Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the warehouse. For dropshipped items, tracking is added as soon as our fulfilment partner confirms dispatch.
5. Delivery attempts
Couriers will typically attempt delivery up to twice before returning the parcel to a local depot for collection or redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
6. Split shipments
If your order contains both in-stock and dropshipped items, it may arrive in two separate parcels on different days. You'll only be charged one delivery fee per order.
